Having a three floor house will this be able to work?

Doesn't matter how many floors you have - don't buy this - it's cheap rubbish and not only did one button never work, the receved malfunctioned after 4 days. If its important for you to hear someone ,don't buy this product - you be back where you started with the person needing care using a hand held bell or having to shout. No good in the middle of the night.

You can set the volume on them and also just have flashing lights. I don't think it would disturb your neighbours if set on the lower setting, you can also set just one alarm to go off and the other one silent or switch one off at night. It's quite flexible. I have found it a godsend, it's the best one I've had.

Is there a reset button? When i press the call button the receivers aren't going off, it's not batteries as they've been changed

When this happens to me I press the change tune button and it then starts to work again. Always seems a bit random but that seems to do the trick.
