KNIPEX - 87 41 250 RAP Tools - Raptor Pliers (8741250)

These raptor pliers are hands down the very best! The quality is superb and they work great! The packaging is totally on point and it's a piece of cake to use! I really like that they have reliable and secure gripping of blunt screws, rusty screws, and screws covered in paint too! I think it's great that it features a pinch guard that prevents the operators fingers from being pinched as well! They're great to use in the shop, at home, or in the service field! Overall I give this product two great big thumbs way up and would definitely recommend it!

Every so often I treat myself to a Knipex tool, it's like Christmas each time. :-) They make the best pliers and cutters, they're a joy to use. The Raptor has been in my wish list for a while and I finally ordered it. I bought an old riding mower that needs work and thought it might come in handy.

High quality. The box joint is perfectly rigid, even under stress. Tool is well thought out. Works as advertised.

Knipex has always made high quality tools, and these Raptor pliers are no exception. Great tool to have on hand in a truck or tractor. However, I would really recommend the Knipex pliers wrench over these. The pliers wrench can do everything these can do but can also grip a much larger faster with a more secure feel. I own both and there was a clear winner. However, these pliers are still great for small to medium fasteners and are a more budget friendly option. You can never own enough tools, right?!

Quality is always top notch but honestly haven’t found much uses for it. Find my pliers wrench or cobras get the job done just the same. With a collection like this, you know they are worth the purchase anyways

Hands down the most useful tool I never thought I needed. Replaced the need for Bahco/Snap On adjustable wrenches for me. Also replaced the Knipex Pliers Wrench for 90% of applications I use it for. Smooth faced, tight clearances. I can bring just this one Raptor plier with me to any air brake chamber or modulator/QR valve repair and it's all I need. No more bringing 5 wrenches, an adjustable and a pliers wrench. Just this. Learn how to use it right, and you'd be surprised at how much leverage this gives you. With its smooth faces, you'll never marr any brass fittings EVER. 1000% more clearance in tight spaces than the pliers wrench also.
