I've used this cleaner for several years, and it never disappoints me. It does not clean everything immediately. It works over time as explained in the product description. Four weeks ago I sprayed this on my house vinyl siding and concrete patio. Today it looks great. I even had a neighbor ask me who we had power wash our house!Be sure to read the cautions before using. I wear a coveralls, eye protection and a breathing mask when applying it.

I had hoped this product would save time in the long run. I have used it’s counter part 30 second and been very happy. That product requires power washing after. This was supposed to produce the same results only it takes time. I sprayed it on and have yet to see any results after 30 days. I feel this is a waste of money and will not be buying it again.

Amazing but does take several months

I used this last year on my roof that is older and had a quite severe lichen growth on the north facing side. I thought I had to replace the shingles. After applying this solution, I waited. It just disappeared completely like it was never there. Very happy, now buying a new bottle for another part of the roof.
