DEWALT Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor 20V MAX, Car Air Pump with Automatic Shut Off, LED Light, Tool Only (DCC020IB)

I am not a car guy, I only understand the basics like replacing your fluids and filters - this thing is crazy good and unbelievably simple to use. Worth every penny. Even has a cigarette lighter for power if you're on the road or don't have an outlet nearby. I had it sitting on the hood and it fell off, still perfectly in tact no issues. My tires are rated at 34psi, filled up each one from 27 to 34 in less than 1 minute. Super quick inflation. The pump has an electronic interface and gauge so you can actively see your tire's psi as it's filling up! Super cool. Works exactly as expected. Only thing to be aware of is that it is (as expected) VERY loud. By far one of the best investments I've made.

I really like the Dewalt 20V Max tire inflator. It's solid, and well made. Nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy. It can inflate a truck tire. The Dewalt's pressure guage is pretty accurate. My Jaco tire pressure gauge gives me virtually the same reading as the Dewalt inflator. The displays are easy to read. The controls are easy to use. It's not fast, but I wouldn't call it slow. It's kinda loud, but so are the other tire inflators I've tried. It's kinda large, compared to a lot of other emergency tire inflators, but that's because it has abilities most other other tire inflators dont'. It can run off a 12V DC car power outlet ( I haven't tried that), a 110V AC power outlet (I haven't tried that), and a 20V Max battery.

Such an Awesome Air Compressor! We bought this as a birthday gift, and honestly, I think I use it more than anyone else! It’s amazing — works great on all kinds of tires, and we even use it to blow up pool toys and rafts. One of the best features is that when you’re filling up tires, it has a little knob where you can set the PSI you want, and it automatically shuts off when it reaches that number. Super convenient and takes the guesswork out of it! It’s also got a built-in flashlight, and you can plug it into your car’s cigarette lighter or use a DEWALT battery. The only thing I wish is that there was an option to buy it with the battery included — that would make it perfect! It’s powerful, easy to use, and we use it all the time. Definitely worth it if you want something reliable that does a little bit of everything.

I have many Dewalt 20v tools and am very happy with all of them. This tire inflator is no exception! If inflating a tire, the fitting screws securely onto the stem and does not leak air when removed. The operation is intuitive and works exactly as described. I have not fully inflated a flat tire, but when topping off, 3-5 lbs. is a matter of seconds. I am very pleased with inflator and highly recommend it! It is perfect for bicycles, motorcycles, automobiles, and R.V.’s. I intend to bring it along when traveling with our R.V..

Exceptional compressor. Filled my 110 lb. trailer tire in approx. 9 minutes. Works as described. My go to for rving now. Using the 5.0 lithium battery which fits on well. Easy to use control panel. Screw onto valve stem a real plus.

Easy to use and good looking. The built in light is handy. Good for tires, balls and air mattresses. Does not come with AC adapter, battery or a case so I minus a star. Can plug into car with the provided adapter and long cord. Worked well with my Dewalt 20/60 flex volt batteries. I like it. Good purchase. AC cord would be nice but I can do with battery power. Case costs more than the unit so I’m keeping it in the box.

I've gotten some of those portable cordless tire pumps, but they either run out of battery too soon or take too long to inflate my car tires. A lot of them are off brands that while they have a detachable battery it's hard to find or not worth getting an off-brand spare. While as a Vine reviewer I have tested a few of those, and they are OK. I wanted something more robust with easy to replace readily available batteries. I knew Dewalt was a popular brand that makes many cordless tools that I use. I noticed this didn't come with a battery, but I have plenty that fit the bill, so I didn't have to worry about having ready power. Additionally, it's very powerful so standing outside on cold days inflating the tires is going to cost me less effort. This is a very simple device to use, not a bunch of selects like some chargers have with various pressure metrics. This uses PSI, plus there is no selection for a lot of different vehicles or tire applications, just a choice between inflation a blower. The two sides of the device have wrap arounds for their use. On the left facing front is a rubber high pressure cord with a fitting for tires. On the right side in a larger diameter flex hose for just blowing air. The display allows you to select tire or air which has a simple for a gust of wind. When blowing up a tire, a simple dial allows you to set the frequency, and the pump stops when it's reached. Inside one of the side panels is a cigar lighter cord and plug in to use for connection to your car battery as a backup via the lighter port. So, you can use if the plug in battery is dead, or you don't have one yet as it is not included. Dewalt 20V batteries are available in may sizes, and I like that I can put a bigger long lasting one to refill my tires without recharging in-between. Unit is not as light as the smaller ones but much more powerful and has a convenient carry handle. I when connected to a tire it will inflate it faster than most of the portables, and you can just sit it down as the connection hose is long enough to reach. Recommended.

Estava querendo um Inflador/calibrador de pneus portátil e, como possuo vários produtos Dewalt, esse foi a minha escolha. Não me arrependi. Produto bem construído, com ótimos acessórios (vários tipos de bicos para encher bolas, colchões, etc., além de dois tipos de mangueira, cabo de alimentação p o acendedor do carro incluso e opção de carregamento elétrico - adaptador vendido separadamente). Possui ainda uma lâmpada Led para iluminação (é meio fraca mas é uma boa funcionalidade). Usei algumas vezes o produto para calibrar os pneus do carro na bateria de 20V de 5ah (não inclusa) e ainda não consegui avaliar o impacto de consumo mas creio que não gaste muito. O processo foi bem rápido e preciso. Os dois pontos negativos são: o peso (nada extraordinário mas é um pouco mais pesado do que imaginava) e o barulho (é bem barulhento - eu já sabia por conta dos reviews, logo, nenhuma surpresa... rsrsrsrsrs). A entrega foi bem rápida, considerando ser um envio internacional, superando a estimativa de entrega.

Well made sturdy item but needs to have the engine running if using the 12v DC plug.

I've had this for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I managed to get on sale (bonus) and I used it all summer to maintain my tire pressures, and just as importantly, inflate and deflate large pool/lake toys. This thing makes short work of inflating very large pool tubes and will also suck the air out when you're done, which is just as important. I've loaned it out to other families on the beach, and they've all been super impressed with it. It has the car adapter cable included with it (I leave my car running when using it) and I keep a couple DeWalt batteries with me when heading down to the beach. Works great for bicycle tires, motorcycle tires, atv (quad) tires and my car tires. It'll detect the current pressure, and stop at the desired pressure that you set it to. I don't leave home without it!

Tenía tiempo analizando la idea si valía la pena comprar un inflador de llantas "sobrevalorado" por lo de "optimizar* tu dinero, y después de que me fallaran unos 3 infladores durante ese tiempo decidí buscar uno sobrevalorado pero revisando toda la información posible, y entre ellos encontré este DeWalt, uno de los 5 más caros del mercado, me decidí por este DeWalt por qué tengo varias herramientas y equipos menores que no me han fallado, sumando los diseños, capacidades, materiales resistentes y la garantía DeWalt (con apoyo de Amazon), y poniendo en práctica el equipo DeWalt inflador mencionaré algunos de los pros y contras con los que me encontré: Pros: Marcadores digitales claros y exactos. Control manual -digital de intensidad. Luz led Capacidad de fuerza sobresaliente Materiales y diseño resistentes Práctico, algo ligero Tiempo de llenado de 3-5 minutos promedio. Contras La principal fue que el conector de corriente en algunos carros con motor apagado no genera el arranque óptimo del inflador, tienes que tener el auto con motor encendido, probé en dos carros , un sedan y una pickup, en los dos se detenía el motor del inflador con la señal de Lop (que significa corriente débil o muy alta, se recomienda arranque motor), así me funcionó perfecto. También me funcionó con la batería de 20v, y consumo no mucho, pero no poco, creo que la batería te alcanzaría para unas 3-5 infladas en llantas medio vacías. El motor requiere de una energía algo "potente". En llantas de pickup se esfuerza un poco más que los autos pero cumple óptimamente. En llenado de llantas pickup medio vacías se forza un poco y se calienta muy poco la manguera, apenas perceptible, pero a los 3-5 minutos se enfría. Probé poco el inflador de colchones, pero sin detalles. En conclusión, Me quedaré con este equipo, desde el punto de vista que por tener las cualidades de potencia, aseguramiento de resultado, marcadores digitales precisos, materiales resistentes, garantía fabricante, realmente lo requiero para situaciones extraordinarias que se ocupa resolver bien y pronto, Y por lo anterior el detalle de que la capacidad del compresor dependa del auto motor en marcha, no resta lo suficiente a la mayoría de las cosas positivas que mencioné. Espero que en los próximos años el equipo me respalde mis comentarios.
