I have a panasonic dmrex87 great machine but recently the dvd tray won't close. can anybody help?

I can only suggest to switch the machine off and wait say 10 seconds switch on again and try again to close it. Mine sometimes takes a few seconds to thinks about what it wants to do so this may work🤞

Does this machine have SCART connections.

Mine has 2 SCART sockets, although we've just used HDMI

How do I get deaf signing on screen

Sorry, my review was of an earlier machine. I can't help you.
