Best cookie sheet I’ve ever owned! Great size, very light, and most importantly, bales the bottom of the cookies without burning them! 10/10 recommend!

I had no clue I had been using the wrong materials to bake with. All my baking came out to brown on the bottom. I read a Betty Crocker article about baking and realized I had been doing it all wrong. Never new lighter surfaces cooked more evenly. Quality product as well. No coating of any type on it so you don't have to worry about scratches. The unique surface texture is brilliant. Nothing has stuck. Nothing. I do hand wash per manufacturer recommendation. Because nothing sticks, clean up is a breeze. Don't waste anymore time baking mediocre treats. These sheets are worth every single penny.

This is my second Doughmakers cookie sheet—I bought the first in the 1990s and it's still going strong. I wanted two so I could alternate pans for efficiency. This cookie sheet is virtually nonstick without any baking spray (nothing is 100% nonstick), is the perfect size for a home oven, and doesn't warp. It's easy to clean and has one raised edge for easier handling with oven mitts. I highly recommend this cookie sheet.

In 2006 I purchased 2 of these cookie sheets, which were under the name Southern Living at HOME. We had a service call for our oven and the repairman recommended that I utilize the convection oven & to use cookie sheets with no sides. I had been baking a lot for our “grands,” so I wanted to purchase 2 more sheets. I discovered these Pebbleware’s Doughmakers, which are identical to the cookie sheets I purchased in 2006. I read the reviews. Many mentioned the burnt cookie bottoms and difficulty cleaning the pans. I use parchment paper for easier cleaning and quicker turn around use of the pans. The only downside is that the parchment paper can easily slide off. Several reported the difficulty removing the label (with instructions on the back), which is adhered to the cookie sheet. Also, the removal of adhesive dots, which held down the label and remained stuck to the cookie sheet. The label was held down by a dot at each corner. I used a heat tool to separate the label from the adhesive dots. I heated the top of the label on the 1st cookie sheet and heated the back of the 2nd cookie sheet (yielded a flatter label when removed). I used a plastic scraper to help lift the label from the glue dots on both cookie sheets. Both labels still carried the slight round sticky residue of a dot on each corner, so I covered those with clear shipping tape. The next task was to get the stubborn glue dots off the cookie sheets. I soaked the dots with GOO GONE and used the plastic scraper to push the semi-hardened dot, wiped the area with a Kleenex, and repeated this until the glue was gone. I thoroughly hand washed the cookie sheets with hot soapy water and a delicate scrub sponge. 4 stars for this great cookie sheet. Deducted a star due to the difficulty removing the label.

This is a fabulous cookie sheet. Took me a long time to find one but this is it. Lightweight, cookies baked beautifully, didn’t warp, it’s the best. I’ve been baking for over 50 years and tried several brands but this is the one I recommend.

I was gifted one of these in the late 1990s, and have always loved its performance. I just bought another to save time when baking a big batch. When I used a spare (different type of) cookie sheet to get the job done faster, the cookies ALWAYS turn out better on this one, even compared with a pricier one with "air" layer technology. On this cookie sheet, cookies never stick, and they're always crispy on the edges and chewy inside. As you can see, I still have my beloved old (discolored but 100% still good as new) one, and now I have a new shiny one! There's a reason they haven't changed the design in 30 years - it's perfect! I just baked choc chip cookies with the old and the new, and they both work equally well (these clearly age better than I do!). I wish I'd purchased a second one years ago.
