150cc Carburetor for GY6 4 Stroke Engines Electric Choke Motorcycle Scooter 152QMJ 157QMI with Intake Manifold

Replaced a good quality Deni carb that had a failed fuel enrichment system and I was skeptical if this unit would compare and do the trick. Very pleased. Very good solid quality build. Virtually perfect out of the box. I have a Wolf Rugby II (150cc GY6). Only adjustment needed for my scooter was to turn the air/fuel mix screw about 1/3 turn counterclockwise (richer mix). Low/mid-range performance improved. No change in top end or top speed but acceleration is noticeably improved. More that I expected when trying to resolved a faulty fuel enrichment system on my stock Deni carb. Highly recommend. Very satisfied!

I used this carburetor on a Landmaster LM200 UTV that uses the GY6 powerplant. The UTV originally had a manual choke, but also had wiring for the electronic choke that comes with this one. I decided to try and use the electronic choke and it seems to work very well. I chose to replace the carb on my UTV due to the float getting stuck and the carb draining gas out sometimes. A very annoying problem as it won't run well obviously but also a waste and mess. The idle and ability to start was never great since I've owned it, but when I put this new one on, it fired right up and ran smooth and at a stable idle. Holy smokes what an improvement. I had no idea my old one had so many issues. This runs as smooth as a Honda ATV now. Very impressed.

Great carbs. I liked it so much, I ended up buying a second one for my other cart

The carburetor works good but I had to modify the intake bolt holes. It was a little too small so I had to drill them bigger for it to slide down all the way. The air intake doesn’t fit on the carburetor because it hits the starter wire and the engine mounting bracket. So I had to buy that intake with a 90 degree in order to fit because if you run no air filter, it leads to your engine bogging and risk getting dirt into your engine and dirtying your carburetor. I’ve bought many of these carburetors on Amazon and all seem to be the same. Nothing I can do but work around and modifying them.

Fast arrival by the Purolator man to my door . wasn't expecting it for a few more days ! seems like I should have no issues installing as all reviews say its pretty straight forward ....I'll repost when installed
