I have light skin and undereye circles that are reddish at the inner corners. Would the mint shade under a concealer help with this?

No. Do not use green….it will make it look more like blue or grey under the eye….use orange, even red. Use a good concealer over it.

I don't really know the answer but thinking about it I believe that just like foundation or concealer it may sit on the hair. It is cheap enough so try it. It is very pigmented so very little goes alo g way. You would have to put concealer or foundation on top. It definately helps with dark spots
