If you can get a salt with no microplastics or heavy metals, it's a no brainer:)

This salt is far superior to supermarket salt. Recommended to me by my Son-in-Law who is a chef. Its small flakes add beautiful flavour to my cooking, and the taste is so much nicer than regular table salt.

Lovely light texture and less overall sodium makes it easier to season accurately!

I used to use sea salt for everything. I watch a fair amount of food and baking videos and kept hearing "Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt" being recommended so I bought to try. Now I can never go back- it has a much better distribution and I actually end up using less salt because of the size and shape of the crystals. It is far superior to normal salt!

I was watching a YouTube channel and a Doctor was conducting a salt evaluation! Out of 6 top brands of salts this one came out the purest salt! He himself started using it versus the one mined in Utah! I too use to the one mined in Utah until he showed it had metal in it because it’s mined with machinery! If you want PURE salt I would highly recommend this salt! Oh yeah, the cost is so much less than the Utah salt!

I recently saw that this brand tested the lowest for heavy metals compared to some others (like Celtic and Redmonds) and wanted to give it a try. The price is very reasonable and the flavor is great. I really like consistency of the grains itself. The item is in a cardboard box so I also love that there’s less plastic exposure, most of the health food salts are all in plastic and it’s such a shame. Really empresses with this everyday use salt.
