How to rinse the drops after 5 minutes? Do I need an extra syringe?

If you want to rinse the drops out then a shower 🚿 is a good option or fill an empty bottle with water and use that. Personally I put the drops in at bedtime and put a towel over my cushion to catch anything in the night, these drops didn’t solve my in ear problem so will probably have to get my ear syringed at a doctors after all or maybe it could be something other than wax causing the issue but was worth a try I guess.

Can you use this overnight?

I did, with cotton wool to reduce escape to pillow, but also tried to sleep on 'my other side'. Now OK.

does it get rid of hardened ear wax,,,making my hearing sound muffled somewhat,,,,

Yes it does. I went to doctors to rinse out wax but they couldn’t remove it all due to harness. Came out still not 100% hearing. Read about this and tried it. Hearing restored after 1 hr from first use! Brilliant product.
