Great product ! Does the trick !
They came apart so you can easily fill and put together. Putting the brush piece on was a little hard but it makes me feel safe that cuticle oil won’t spill out. I’m using it for cuticle oil but definitely see a lip product or similar working perfectly with this. A good amount comes out when you turn the bottom. Haven’t tried to reopen it; feel like it might be difficult and even tho i haven’t tried i’d recommend pliers to take the brush piece off. Great price for 3 of these.

Great product!
It's easy to refill once you figure it out, turn counter clock wise to lower the plunger but it takes great force to turn it the first few turns, after you get it started it gets easier. I used a piece of silicone sheeting for a better grip than had no problems turning it. No leaks and nice to look at!

Okay not really refillable
I like it its easy to use and fill for the first time. They're cute but when I went to refill after I used all.my oil for the first time I had to come to the reviews to figure it out. I tried pliers and force I still couldn't get the back off. The plastic piece on the back just came off and the tube itself stayed intact. I tried pushing the plunger back up like some suggested and it wouldn't go. Some reviews say is you push it all the way down then it breaks. I filled them all up when I got them and I've only just run out oil in one that lasted about 9 months but there was some time that I didn't use it everyday. I'll try to update once my second one runs out to see if u can refill that one.

Aesthetically pleasing & Hard to refill
Okay, I bought these over the “Bliss” brand. BECAUSE THEY ARE CUTE. However, refilling was a nightmare. My husband is great at tinkering. He even said, “this is not worth refilling”.So here are my notes:Pros:• super cute• easy to fill (1st time)• oil does not leak• easy to use on nailsCons:• hard to re-use• makes a clicking sound when dispensing (it’s noticeable)Best Suited:• gifts• fun beauty projectWould I purchase again:Not for me but I want to refill. If you don’t care about that. These are perfect. I will buy them again to give as gifts to family & friends.

YES, THEY ARE REFILLABLE!!
These are refillable and reusable! It took a little bit of exploring the product to figure out but the plunger can be pulled back up to reuse. Pull the back part of the pen straight out and you may need to use some strength so BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THERE ARE SMALL PARTS INSIDE. Once the back cap is removed, there’s in the a spring, a white plastic disk detached from the plunger, and the plunger itself with the adjustment disk and the silicone stopper that pushes the product out of the tube. Just pull the plunger out, spin the adjustment disk back to its “starting” position, put the plunger back in the tube with the silicone stopper place at the top, loose disk back in , spring on top of that, cap on. You’re ready to lock and load again.

Second fill is mission impossible
The first time you fill up the pen it is easy and a pretty good experience. When it is done and you need to refill, this is where the frustration comes in. I can twist off the top but can not get the plunger to reset. This means even if I fill it up and put the top/brush back on, it doesn’t matter because the plunger is already as high as it can go and I can’t get the product to move up. I should have looked throw the questions because this was asked several times and the answer was always to take the top off, refill, put the top back on. Nothing about the plunger. It’s a beautiful pen but unless I can directions on how to reset the plunger, this is a one use product. I’m disappointed because I really wanted a reusable pretty pen.

100% refillable
These are absolutely refillable. I just did it.Don't twist it up until you can't twist anymore, you'll jam the parts and then it won't be refillable. If you've already done this you can try to twist the pen the opposite direction and see if you can unjam it, but you might have broken it.Once you have twisted all the oil out of your pen, the easiest way I've found to push the plunger back down is to grab one of those skinny metal straws that often come with tumblers nowadays. Put that straw in the top opening of your pen. Use that to shove the plunger back down to the bottom. Then refill your oil.(You could also try a very skinny screwdriver, a kebob skewer, etc...)
