Great value, works great.
Our daughter plays college softball and we needed a new set up for her when she comes home for summer. We have had other products over the years and most recently her teams have had the orange brand name net. This net is nearly identical in all ways and performs great, and we were able to get this full set up for only a couple dollars more than the brand name net by itself. If you are going to spend the money, get this full set. Or if you are only looking for the net, you can get this one for half the price. The tee works fine and even though the standing basket may seem like its not needed, trust me, it will save you bending over every time you load the tee or soft toss. Plus you can use it for hitting grounders or fly balls. Only had it a week so we will see how it holds up, but everything looks like it will last a long time. I could easily see this being a good set for a travel ball team with no problem.

Fantastic Practice Net for the Price! Terrible batting Tee! Get the net only!
I was actually surprised. For the price this is a very good product, with one exception. The batting tee that came with it was terrible! It broke on the first day of use and I had to quickly purchase a more reliable product. The netting and frame are great. The on,y complaint is that the steaks it comes with for anchoring are not sufficient when it is a little windy. 8 to 10 mph winds will knock the net frame over. So I augmented the steaks with my neighbor’s tent steaks and it worked just fine. The netting and frame is quality for the price paid. You can hit into it or use it for pitching practice without the need for a catcher (comes with ribbon that is used to mark a strike zone on the netting. Of course it makes a good backstop as well for live batting practice. Easy setup means you are ready to practice in just a few minutes from removing it from the box. You should get at least one other person to help with the set up. That’s what the players are for, right? I just wish I had one of these when I first started coaching 27 years ago!The reason the batting tee broke is because of how it is constructed. The manufacturer basically took a large slice of rubber, made a loose roll and stapled it so a ball could rest on top. Of course the staples broke after about 60 to 80 swings. The players were properly instructed in hitting off a tee by me (their coach - I’ve been a coach for several years and have coached in two World Series’, so I know what I’m doing).I would have given this a 5 star rating if the tee were of better quality. So I would recommend purchasing the net only, without the tee. It is an option.

Net falling apart after 4 uses
We loved this set when it first come in. The teenis sturdy and easy to adjust, the waited balls are super helpful for batting practice, the tripod has made my pitcher daughters life so much easier ..... then the net. We have used the net maybe 4 times and only for batting practice. We always take it down and store it after use to keep it nicer longer.... and the netting is coming apart already. It felt like a quality product when we got it so it’s super disappointing that I have to pack everything up and return it. Right in the middle of the season too. Really inconvenient.

Solid net for baseball/softball users
We have greatly enjoyed our Powernet over the last couple weeks. It's easy to setup, although younger kids will need help because they cannot reach the top pole loop without a chair/ladder. We've used it for baseball and softball batting practice and it works well for both. Setup takes about 5 minutes the first time, but now we can do it in about 3 minutes. I am slightly concerned about one of the rope loops on the net, it is frayed (came that way, right out of the box), so if that breaks, the net is essentially useless. I'll see how long it holds up and see how the manufacturer responds if it does break.....so I'll update if there's any developments on that. The ball caddy is really neat. It comes already assembled and is easy to use and transport. We don't use it a lot because we have a ball bucket, but still neat to have. It's basically free if you individually price out the other components in this deal. The heavy balls are of really nice quality. We've used a number of different weighted balls for hitting training and these are some of the best I've used. They seem really durable too. We've got over 100 hits on each ball and it still looks like it just came out of the box.The tee is where this product lost a star to me. I was hoping the "deluxe" tee was going to be like some of the high end Tanner tees I've used, but it falls way short. It's difficult to adjust the height and there's not a good way (on mine anyway) to attached the actually tee to the stand. I've twisted the knob countless times and it will not tighten to hold the tee in place. The base is also not weighted, so if the tee is struck in the least, it falls over.In summary, this appears to be a really good product. It has made my kids more eager to hit and I can't wait to start using it for pitching too. I would suggest investing in a better tee, but everything else in this kit is of high quality.

This net and tee are fantastic. The floating white square is great for getting ...
I am assistant coach for my daughters little league team. This net and tee are fantastic. The floating white square is great for getting then focused on throwing. I can use it as a game and they love it. Plus I can get it set up in minutes, which is important with 10 6 & 7 year olds running around. The tee is good quality and easy to set up. I like the ball caddie, plus the kids like putting the balls back in (everything is a game). Ha ha.It is super portable. The tee and ball caddie have their own bag and unfortunately it doesn’t easily fit into the larger bad with the net. At least when I tried to zip it it was tight and I didn’t want to take the chance of breaking a zipper.
