the product is great, but the box it came in was torn open and the included smaller items could have fallen out. my husband loves to soak in a tub for a long time and uses this product to ease his sore muscles.

After being hospitalized for Ulcerative Colitis last August 2014, I learned that I can heal myself with Epsom Salt Baths. The healing has something to do with magnesium and methylation, and I've read stuff about it, but I am not really able to distill it all here, but it is super-good for humans to do this. I use about a cup in a hot bath and it soothes sore muscles and joints better than hot water alone. Leaves my skin feeling smooth and moisturized as well. And because it's cheap I use it all the time.

I work 70-80 hrs a week and imagine how sore I am after work each day. After trying several different brands of Epson salts in my hot bath without any of them doing anything to help my sore muscles I decided to give this a try and I am so impressed at how it helps. All I can say is thank you, it is the only Epson salts that have done anything to help my hurting body. I will buy this again without a doubt. You cannot put a price on feeling better....I love this brand.

I wasn’t expecting the bag to be as big as it was, this stuff is going to last me a year and not to mention it works awesome!! I recommend it, totally worth it!
