Epsoak Epsom Salt is a great product to buy at a great price from Amazon. I have used Epsom Salt baths frequently for years as part of my health and body maintenance. Epsom Salt is inexpensive to buy at drugstores but when I added up my yearly cost the total surprised me! Also, drugstores do not sell it in bulk so I had to buy several containers at a time and then make numerous trips throughout the year to buy more. While I was contemplating how to make my yearly purchase of Epson Salt less expensive and also reduce my trips to the drugstore a friend told me that Amazon sells it. So I was pleasantly surprised to find that Amazon sells a 19 lb. bag of Epsoak Epsom Salt at such a great price! it costs me less now to buy what I was purchasing before at drugstores and on top of it my trips are reduced. This bag will last me a long time and when I need to purchase more it will only take one visit to Amazon. I especially like this brand of Epsoak Epsom Salt as it is of premium quality. I mix it with my favorite body oil and use it as an exfoliating scrub which makes my skin very soft. Also, right before going to sleep at night I will make a nice warm bath with it, put in some Lavender Oil, and soak for 30 minutes which puts me in a very relaxed state. It is a great way to detoxify the body, soothe any muscle pain, and relieve aching feet. I highly recommend this premium product for its numerous benefits.

Good quality Epsom salt, in bulk, for a great price. My family absolutely loves Epsom salt and we go through it quite quickly and this is the only brand we will get. It comes in a heavy duty bag so you don't have to worry about putting it in another container. The bag also zips, so no more open bags. If you haven't ever had an Epsom salt bath, I recommend getting this brand/bag of Epsom salt and take a nice hot bath and you won't regret it.

I initially heard about this product on a skincare blog I was looking into. I've had eczema since I was a child, and my skin has been red and irritated from a recent flare-up. I placed an order through Amazon, received the bag of salt 2 days later, and after my very first soak in the Epsom salt bath, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin. The redness and dryness had decreased, and most of all, the itching subsided almost entirely. Before using the salt, it was difficult for me to sleep through the night, since I often woke myself up when I itched in my sleep. After just one 20-minute soak, my skin felt rejuvenated and soothed for the first time in months. I now take a salt bath almost every other day, and it's a great way for me to de-stress and allow my body to detoxify. Magnesium sulfate is known to help improve sleep duration and quality, and it certainly did that for me. Instead of the 3-4 hours I was used to, I now get 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. I also don't take supplements that often, so an Epsom salt bath was a great way for me to replenish magnesium levels in my body without having to take any vitamins or supplements. The salt itself dissolves fast and seems to be of a better quality than others on the market. Works awesome! Very cost effective and the bag lasts a long time. It deludes into the water very fast and doesn’t dry out the skin.

Worked as expected

OMG. This stuff is sent straight from the heavens. When I was pregnant it was a MUST I used this every night in the bath. And now I am hooked. Helps with aches and cramps. Will put you straight to bed. Relaxes you even on the most stressful day. As a mom of 3 this is my splurge on my self care and it's worth it's weight in gold. A huge bag too!

Pros: large bag that will last many baths. Feel nice and relaxing. Seems quality. Cons: just MY personal experience. I have only used this product as directed IN BATH. It took me 2-3 baths to connect the issue... but I get severe abdominal cramping and diarrhea the day after an epsom salt bath. Likewise the bag smells like eycalyptus... the salts themselves really do not (unscented). If anyone has sensitivity to fragrance, likely the packaging is absorbing the strong eucalyptus fragrance of being manufactured/stored in same facility as other products that do use essential oils. Everytime I open the closet where I've stored this bag, I def smell eucalyptus! Doesn't bother me... but it was driving me nuts trying to locate the smell, thinking the salts had EO in it. Lol

Use it every time we take a bath. Have been buying it for some time now.
