accurate, a bit pricey
I also have the older model. Differences are: rotating screen, larger battery, better water proof and backlight. Is it worthban extra £20 over the previous model? Probably not. It is indeed a fast thermocouple thermometer

Ich hab zurück geschickt, 5 Messungen 5 Ergebnisse bis zu 3 Grad unterschied. Für ein gutes Steak nicht ausreichend. Sorry es ist den Preis nicht wert.
