this camera which I bought was working fine but after a month when I changed the plug socket it opened up and stopped working . I want to thank the company support team which at once offered to repair the camera at no cost and made it fine.

This is a spy camera that works continuously for max 10 hours, eve though it is connected to power ac socket continuously. After 10 hours it goes in offline mode and we need to replug it again. So it can not be used of you are away from home for longer time. This limitation is not mentioned in the product specifications anywhere. When i brought up this issue with their techcal support person, he did not accept my suggestion to put up this point in their documentation, instead started arguing with me why they should be so specific about this point.So think about your use of this camera before you buy it.

Good Product and very good service staff of company

This is the worst spy camera I have ever bought. It’s completely useless! The setup process is painfully slow, the video takes forever to load, and the motion detection and alarm warning don’t even work. A total waste of money—avoid at all costs!

Video quality is good.... It doesn't have a wide angle lens and the audio is weak... Connects to the app quite well. Value for money

Hello friends..I have been using this product past three months so according to my experience I am going to write down pros and cons of this smart ifi camera.At first consSince my purchase it stopped working twice and had to send by me through my courier charges to ifi service center which no doubt works well for me now..after six months I will be on my own as company provides warranty for six months only..Second and last this product doesn't not have message motion alert push system in mobile application like my cp plus camera.Now pros1st- image quality is good2nd-service center is best and provides me all the necessary information with good behavior and get my product working again within no time..3rd-easy setup process of camera and good spy product..

Got a used product.. missing cable and other parts. Scratch and oil marks on panel..Usb Port is not working.. time waste. Also It has non return policy.. wasting customer time and efforts by giving such this type of product.. When I check with customer service amazon they said it will take 4 days of time to get resolution. Don't know that I get a refund or not.. i hope on Amazon will give my money back not a small amnt.. plz don't buy it..even it's their mistake we loose our money..
