Not always, the spray foes remain on the bed, so you can print again. However, if your printing with materials that are notorious for curling off the bed, then your safer to spray again after a print. I use it on a glass bed with filament PETG. It works perfectly. I'd be very surprised if it didn't work with any filament. Worth a try, it's the best product out there. Lasts for many prints and I use it on a 300 x300 bed.
