Speed, much better condition than listed and I plan to raise chicken starting March 2022 so this book will help me out!!!

This book is a great addition to any chicken keeper's shelf. Super quick and easy to find needed information, and many lovely photos to look at. In addition to it having plenty of great, bite-sized chapters, Carissa has included aesthetically pleasing photos throughout the book that make you feel like you are looking at a lovely chicken magazine. This book is a great size for handling but is heavy! Makes sense because this 228 pages will do a lot of the heavy lifting for you when it comes to finding great information. A neat treat in the back of the book is "My Chicken Wishlist" which allows the reader to take notes whilst reading the book. And the in the few pages after that, Carissa includes a few recipes for those days when you have TOO many eggs. Overall a nice book, I definitely recommend it.

I am really loving this book. It is so through and answers so many questions. Full of so many good tips. I'm so glad i got this book BEFORE trying to keep my own backyard hens. Now, I feel so much more prepared. Thanks

And the beautiful photography makes the book as much fun to flip through as it is to read.

My copy just came in the mail. I'm impressed. This is a great book for anyone considering getting chickens, which is something I've wanted to do for years. It's full of beautiful, full color pictures of chickens and has 101 short chapters that make it easy to pick up and learn something new about keeping chickens in just a few minutes at a time.

Beautiful book. Carissa's love for chicken's shows as she tells you everything you need to know about raising chickens. Lots of great photos and information. This book should definitely should go on your list if you are wanting to learn about chickens, or if you already have them and need some helpful tips!

Carissa does amazing work. This book is informative, fun, and engaging with personalized illustrations. I love her personal touches in the book that show her love for chickens and her family.This book is perfect for a beginner. You will find some great suggestions, even for the experienced.

I must say this is a best book so far I have .Very well explained and helpful tip's +links where to go online or what other book could be helpful for Keeping chickens. Really enjoyed reading it and would 100% recommend it.
