Great Product & Wonderful Demo Session
I really love the AGARO Marvel 25L OTG. It's perfect for normal home use and works really well. I baked brownies in it yesterday, and they turned out great. The OTG is easy to use and a good value for money. I also received a free demo session through WhatsApp, and it was an excellent experience. The trainer explained every function clearly and patiently answered all my questions. She even told me that if I have any doubts in the future, I can contact her, and she would be happy to help whenever she's available. I really appreciated her kindness and support. Overall, I'm very happy with both the product and the customer service. Highly recommended! ⭐

Extremely disappointing experience, will never buy any product from Agaro going forward.
Please do not buy the product if you are from Nagpur city. Pathetic customer service from the Agaro team: my OTG door stopped closing properly after a few days of use. When I complained about the same, I was promised a technician visit in 48 hours, but that did not happen. Whenever I called the customer support staff, the excuse they gave was that in your city it's raining, so the technician cannot come, or there are no technicians in your city to visit. I wasted 3+1/2 weeks calling them every day; the customer support supervisor and all the technical staff were so rude on the call. The customer support supervisor who was supposed to send the technician to the house, never answered the call or responded to any messages. In one of my interactions, when I asked the representative they should not promise customer support if they cannot provide the same, she said to me, "Who asked you to buy this product?" "Kisse puchke kharida tha, nhi kharidna tha na?". This is how they behaved for almost a month. I regret buying this product, due to its high rating and positive reviews, I bought it over very established brands. If you want proper customer support and a solid machine, please do not buy this. It seems that the product is cheap and is the best choice, but at the cost of your precious time and patience. Extremely disappointing experience, will never buy any product from Agaro going forward.

Good product, prompt customer care
Such a perfect otg for daily use. Bakes cakes breads pizzas everything perfectly. It's a small size otg and a very basic one. So once you are accustomed with the settings baking becomes very easy. The most important part is the after sales service. I had an issue with the inner light and it was addressed and redressed very promptyly . Happy with this buy and would highly recommend brand Agaro .
