I've given these pots 5 stars but it didn't start that way The pots come stacked about 2ft tall. The picture looks like there is a lot of separation between the pots, but none of my pots are like the picture. To get them separated, you need strong fingernails to get them separated from each other. The plastic is pretty thin so you have to separate with caution (I thought) or they would crack and would be useless. This DID NOT happen to me, just my logic. After the units were separated (and even while they were together) the pots can look deformed. once filled, you pretty much have to carry them in a tray or one at a time. I often grab 2 or 3 of the 4 in pots in one hand (I've used 150 of the same type of pots as these, just the 4 in variety), but I didn't think the thin plastic would hold up doing that with the 6 in pots. I suspect that these pots may not hold up for multiple years, but too early in the season to make that judgement. As you can see, I had a lot of concerns when getting the pots ready and actually using the pots, but they do exactly what I need and for a price significantly less than other alternatives, so I put this as a my usability testbed. OK...all the things I didn't initially like are before you...now onto the good stuff. These pots do exactly what I need them to do. Grab a few handfuls of nice potting mix and the pots hold well and most of the deformations seen with the separation are gone or nearly gone. I've filled 18 6 in pots now and each one holds up nicely with dirt and water. I transplanted some of my 4" pots into them and they are secure. They are stable on the ground...as much as any narrowing bottom pot will be. Take care carrying the pots... hold on the bottom or top ring. Holding in the middle, like one of my granddaughters did, collapses the middle and she was afraid that it disturbed her newly planted seeds. I just ordered and received another batch of the 4in pots, so I obviously feel it is a good value for the money.

Perfect for my purposes - transplants. The can "tear" if handled rough when filled with soil. So now you know!

These are a bit thinner than I care for but they got the job done! For the amount you get, you can’t beat the price. I was even able to reuse them. My seeds did well in them and the drainage holes were perfect

I like these well enough, they do the job but they are cheaply made, very thin.

I should have known it wouldn't be the greatest product, by the price. But they are real flimsy. They do ,do the job.

These pots are perfect for my new plants. Whether I'm planting seedlings or propagating new plants, these pots are the best value out there. The pots came in all stacked together. The plastic is sturdy and once full or soil and plants, it looks like a durable solution for new plants. The holes at the bottom allow for good drainage and the plastic will flex just right when the time comes to repot your plant.

I’ve purchased these pots multiple times, and you really get a lot for the price. They’re a great value, especially if you’re starting a lot of seedlings at once. They have good drainage holes, so my seedlings don’t get waterlogged, which is really important. With proper care, I’ve been able to keep plants in these until they’re ready to be transplanted. The pots are also thin enough that it’s easy to gently loosen the roots and soil when it’s time to move them, which makes transplanting much easier. Overall, I have no complaints — they’re simple, effective, and work really well for starting plants.

Check reviews before buying. These pots are very thin plastic. I was hoping for sturdier pots I could reuse each year instead of using red solo cups, but I’m not sure how long these will last. Once filled with soil they become more rigid, which helps. I did have one flex while moving it, causing me to drop it and replant the seedling, though thankfully the plant was not damaged. If you want a thicker, more durable nursery pot, these probably aren’t the best choice. I also wouldn’t expect them to hold up outdoors in direct sun for a long period of time. That said, for the price, they still work well for starting seedlings or short-term transplant use, and I would likely buy them again for that purpose. I honestly was contemplating a return, but used them anyways to see how they did.

These are exactly as I expected for the price. They are thin and flimsy but do a perfect job to get all those seedlings going before transplant.
