I received these chocolate baking sticks or batons whatever you want to call them. They are fantastic. If you are making chocolate croissants you will NEED these for perfection. They can be used for other things as well. Since you get 300 and if you are a home cook like me you can chop them up use 5 TBSP in a cup of hot fat free milk or that of your choice and you have a super sweet hot chocolate that is to die for. This chocolate is so rich and sweet, I don't know how many I ate right out of the box before I even cooked with them. They are very nice as a garnish even, very versatile and I cannot say enough about the quality. The price is also great. So check them out you will find so many uses for them once you get them and they are so worth it. They are delivered fast and packed well too.
