Shipping box damaged and open
Shipping box arrived open, damaged, and NOT AT ALL what I had come to expect from Amazon. So far product seems to work fine. I have taken pictures of the shipment box in case something IS wrong with the television.

A nice TV with an easy to use remote
Nice TV, easy to use remote, but I bought this one to replace a four year old one of these that stopped displaying the video while still playing the sound. Otherwise I would have given it four stars.

Very excellent condition. Can't see why or where it was refurbished. Easy setup and for the price a great purchase. I use this in my r.v. paired to my samsung phone, so no need for cable connection.

I had to return this TV. The tv would not move in the left direction to select anything. I tried purchasing a new remote thinking maybe the remote was the issue. Turned out the TV was just defective. Got a refund!
