Excellent little towel. Astoundingly absorbent, small, and compact. I was able to towel off completely without having to wring out the Shammy towel until the very end. Comes with a hard molded plastic carrying case. If I’m tight on space in my pack I’ll ditch the plastic carrying case and just use a quart zip-loc bag.

Now have two of these fine products. Using them at the gym is super good! just like having the finiest towel with me all the time. I was given my first one and loved it so much bought an even larger one! They have so many great uses. They are drying and cooling when getting out of the sauna at the gym or just cool off after a very good and long workout! Thanks for a great product, that we just rinse out with water... WOW! The size is just right in my opinion. The material is soft, absorbent, sturdy, and easy to ring out. The case is just right for rolling it back up and storing it. This is my first reusable swim towel, so I was caught off guard when I opened the package and the towel was moist. After reading the care instructions, which say to store it moist in the container, this made sense to me. The towel had a chemical smell when I first opened it which took me off guard, but after rinsing it as instructed in the care instructions on the case, the smell was gone. When I gave the towel its initial rinse in my sink under warm water, the water turned pink (I bought the purple one). I just kept rinsing it for a while but kept getting pink water. My guess is that after a number of uses the excess dye will go away but after rinsing it a bit I decided I was good to go. The excess dye rinsing out may be less noticeable with the light green color. Overall, the material seems right to me which I think is going to matter most in the long run; and I'm excited to give it a try.

I have used this type of product for centuries. This order was a result of losing it on my last camping trip. At home it is used both for applying soap and a cleaning massage to the back, as well removing most of the water before toweling off. (The towel is only slightly wet and the body is dry.) For travel, it can be used to remove sticky feeling from fingers and face from hands and mouth after snacking. A quick trip to the bathroom sink for a rinse and it ready for the next snack. For camping (hiking, 5K races) it acts very much like a cooling towel. The various color options allows individual family members to identify and be responsible for maintaining their own towel.

Just like the one I had waaay back in my swim team days. Got this for a cruise so we wouldn't have to haul a bunch of towels off the ship. It was great! Just took one towel for sitting and the "shammy" to dry off. It's amazing how well it works!

This little towel works ok if you’re 6 or 8 years old. Adults might need a bit more yardage. Tends to stink if left in the tube, but dries out if not.

These are great towels for on the go...in the car or on the boat. They also can be used as a weapon to keep the heat off during hot summer weather as they soak and hold water supremely well. They also dry out in a jiff after quickly wringing them out and hang-drying them.

Good size, works perfect for everyday use. Much better than carry a big towel.
