These are brilliant. Easy to connect and split wires.

I can't believe the difference these have made to replacing light fittings. There was nothing more frustrating than trying to get all the cables into awkward little terminals, then tightening the screws, only to find out the cable isn't in properly and you have to go again. These terminals removed all this pain. Simply put the cable in, snap the clip shut, and away you go. It also covers more of the cable, so I had more peace of mind knowing I didn't have bare wires touching each other in the ceiling. As an added bonus, if I have to change any light fittings in the future, I know it's almost a plug and play job! Fantastic product, I would highly recommend them.

Nice kit, just about to buy another set as doing quite a bit of electrical work. Makes the job so much easier and allows live plug and play (if you know what you are going that is).

What a super useful little product. Gone have the days of trying to find the tiny screw driver for the tiny screw that misses the cable anyway and pulls out. Such a massive time saver and so useful. I was looking for connectors to use for a small floodlight, which came with about a 12" length of cable soldered in. The location was very tight, and getting conventional terminal block and a screwdriver into the space, whilst holding the block safely was causing some rather colourful language. These connectors are ideal. all you do is pull up the relevant lever, slot the bared end of the cable into the corresponding slot, flick down the lever and press to lock it. If you get it wrong, you lift the lever again and repeat. So simple. I was using a 1 gang pattress box (the sort of thing you mount a domestic light switch on) and a blanking face plate. I was able to use three of these connectors (Live, Neutral and Earth) with loads of space to spare. I will always have some of these in my electrics box from now on. Magic.
