But it if you have body pains doesn't work over night bit it worked for me
The best turmeric product I had bad shoulder pains and found a bottle of this a t a friends house she wasn't taking it so i started using it I don't believe in miracles or snake oil products but i swear by this product my pain in my shoulders are gone I have been taking it now for well over a year now. I also make turmeric lemon ginger shots.Im sure there will be people it wont work for but i wont buy another turmeric product on amazon
