PMD Beauty Personal Microderm Classic - At-Home Use, Facial Exfoliator Tool, Microdermabrasion Machine Kit for Face and Body Skincare

I would recommend this product! I was quite skeptical when buying this but wanted to give it a try. I figured it would not give a real exfoliation like the machines I use, I figured it would be way to weak to even make a difference. I WAS WAY WRONG and happily shocked. I loved this machine we had which cost over 10,000$ which essentially did the same thing as this device just with the added benefit of infusing serum at the same time, which is why I was expecting this to not impress me because I am a snob about the cool expensive equipment I have access to. You can't change the suction on this device but everyone stays at the same amount anyway. So really theres no difference!The reasons this is so great:1. Microderms/Silk peels at a spa cost around 100-150$ a treatment-depending on where you go. In my opinion this pays for itself after 1 treatment. In order to see "real" changes in your skin you need to have multiple treatments done, and keep up with it. Every time thats another $100-150 spent, so most people aren't going to go even every month for life to have this done its just not worth it. Whats great about this is you can use it at home as much as once a week. You get the instant result of smooth soft "glowy" skin after immediately after using. Since you are able to use this more frequently, you will get the lasting, more dramatic results then you would going to a spa once or twice very spaced out. In my professional opinion I think it is better to do a treatment more frequently thats not as harsh, then one treatment once and awhile thats a lot harsher. It won't give good results. Which is why this is such an amazing product.2. You can chose the amount of exfoliation you want and what's best for your skin.3. The amount of suction it produced is powerful enough to be very effect without having to worry about causing damage.4. They have videos and guides on how to best use this product. I was comfortable because I already knew the proper form for a regular machine but still watched the videos and they are extremely important and useful.

Wow...amazing product....I saw this system on 'The Doctors' .....I was convinced it would be a great investment and for the price? It's definitely worth the splurge! I've used this on my face probably four times by now and I can tell it's made a big difference in my skin. I'm 23 currently but have a few fine lines and rough skin from numerous acne products over the years and unfortunately people mistake me for being around five years older then I actually am....which is awful to hear at this early of an age. After using this system, I've had folks ask me numerous times if I've just graduated from high school!! lol...So obviously it's made a pretty impressive improvement in my skin, especially my large pores and rough skin texture. However I will say it's easy to be over-exuberant with the abrasion process especially after you see the results.....the third time I did it I over sanded my cheek area underneath the eyes and ended up with pretty significant scabbing, which scared the daylights out of me since I scar pretty easily....after it healed though my skin was back to normal and if anything even smoother in the area it had scabbed over!! Highly recommend this product...but definitely take the time to watch the instructional video!

This is an early review, as I've only used the PMD four times over five weeks so far. I'm a 27 year old female, and so I don't have a ton of wrinkles but I was wanting to even out my skin tone, acne scars, and see if I could reduce the blackheads on my nose, forehead, and cheeks. I followed the instructional dvd and tried it. A word of warning; although the dvd warns against leaving the machine too long in one place, sometimes the suction can just suck your skin in a spot and before you realize it you done left it too long. So I can't overemphasize the importance of holding your skin taut when using the PMD. Also the blue microdermabrasion disks are something to work up to, and I'm not talking about over 1 month, but longer. Your skin needs to get used to the system.So my actual experience:The first time I used the PMD, I used the green "sensitive" disk (I know I think the dvd says start with white to get used to it but I'm impatient), did my whole face, and the suction got caught on my cheek and under-eye area (also I know the dvd also said avoid the under-eye area haha, but I had a couple age spots I was hoping to get rid of). It tingled, didn't hurt too badly, but over the course of the next 3 days scarring appeared, especially over the areas the PMD got stuck. By another 3 days later though all that dead skin had peeled off, with what looked like happier skin underneath. So by another week later I decided to do a treatment again. Same exact thing happened. A week after the 2nd treatment, all the scarred skin had peeled off, but I decided to wait a week and not barrage my skin with treatments. Also I didn't necessarily like the whole "scar-then-peel" process I had been doing because during the time my skin was scarring my face looked ugly until that skin peeled off lol and my parents were wondering if something was wrong with me. So I waited another week before doing the 3rd treatment. When doing the 3rd treatment, I held my skin more taut, the PMD didn't suck into my skin too long anywhere, and I completely avoided my under-eye and gave up trying to get those age spots. I had no scarring and my face looked pretty much normal the entire week. Since my skin seemed to be doing fine, I did my 4th treatment a week later. I'm still using the sensitive disk, and this time I also used the wider sensitive disk to try on select body areas.Overall: I had some darker areas on my cheeks that seem to be lightening up, and the overall texture of my skin seems improved and more rejuvenated. I use less makeup, although I for sure use sunscreen every day. I'm looking forward to seeing further benefits, and would consider this product a super win if it gets rid of those unsightly blackheads and bumpies on my nose. But so far, I like it!

I am really surprised at how effective this is - it's the first time I've used any home beauty product that gave such a definite positive effect. It comes with no instructions, but there are plenty of tutorials online. I've used it three times, a week apart, using the gray buffer (lowest next to the white trial one), and I see and feel a much clearer complexion afterward. It's lovely and very much worth the cost. I don't think I need to increase the frequency or intensity of this treatment - it seems perfect as is.

although this did make my face smooth. I got a red welt on my jaw line from using it. after my for use with the sensitive tip on my face it was red (which I expected) but I looked like I had tiger stripes on my face, my face also stung a bit. the next day my face was very smooth however all the stripes had all turned a light brown like scars and the welt had started a light scabbing. THANK GOODNESS after a few weeks they faded away. still working on the jawline scar. It did well for scarring on my body such as a small scar on my shoulder. but I wouldn't recommend it on your face. at least not if you even think you have sensitive skin regardless of using the sensitive tip. I did ALOT of research on this product before purchasing via YouTube etc ... idk maybe it was just one of those highly sponsored products that didn't work as well as they claim.I returned this back to Amazon and received a full refund no questions.

I bought this machine a short time ago. Didn't use it much until I started wearing shorts and realized I had a large amount of sun damage. Yeah, must be the tanning booth I have been going to all winter. (for years...)Problem is, I have a lot of body surface to fix and this is a small machine. I needed many, many, many of the tips to do my legs and arms. The replaceable tips wear out fast when you have more than one layer of dotted, patchy skin to get off.The PMD machine did get quite a bit of dead skin off. Then the little hole inside the head-part, (where you insert the tip and screw on the cover) this little tiny hole provides the suction. Mine must have clogged up with skin flakes, because it stopped sucking up skin. Stopped working effectively after about a week and 1/2 of heavy use.Tried everything I could think of to get it unclogged, the machine is not built to take apart and I could not get it to work again. Sad 'cause I was on a roll!If you are planning some body resurfacing, I recommend getting a larger, professional-type machine. That's what I am may do. Or I may just do a chemical peel. ???? People have told me peels work better if you use them correctly. Probably less expensive.This PMD machine- or wand, is good for face and neck. It's actually fun to use. Like a magic wand.Please be careful and don't use a grinder head that is very coarse on your face the first time. Your skin will scab in places and if you have children, they may make fun of you... (yup did that...)Best of luck to you, this resurfacing is so good to have available.Some of my skin does look much better. Just want to do ALL of it!No more tanning for me. By age 54, it catches up.

I bought this microdermabrasion at home kit for myself. I Suffer from combination skin dry/oily. When i try to wear my makeup my concealer and foundation seems to look flaky due to my dead skin i have on my face. I have tried everything scrubs, exfoilating, face washes and the exfoilating machine brush but nothing seems to work. Microdermabrasion at a salon is very pricey and that is something i do not have the budget for but i also would like to apply my makeup without the worry of it looking flaky and nasty. The handheld machine is very easy to hold and to operate. There are two types of heads to use. They almost feel like tiny sandpaper but they are not as rough. The first time i used it i immediately noticed the differenced! My skin has never felt so fresh and clean it was amazing!! After i was done using it i twisted the head off of the machine only to find all my dead skin it was so gross to think all of that was on my face suffocating it. This personal microdermabrasion works wonderful!! i absolutely love it and will recommend it to all my friends and family!!

I just received this and had to try immediately. I must say I could not believe the powdery substance that came off my face afterwards. Guess that was dry skin which I have very badly. I feel like I have just buffed my face and it feels awesome.Applied my moisterizer cream and I feel great! I also just bought Ultra Collagen Booster on Amazon to Add to my collection for the face. I am 43 and a Smoker for years and I do not want to look old so time to get busy with these products. Just one time I used it so far and I must say I love it and I was aggressive with it too! This ole face can handle it!!! DO not like things injected into my face such as Botox Etc..I want to be natural and do the right properly measures for my skin. ANother great thing to exfoliate the skin is coffee grounds mixed with Virgin olive oil just started that one for 2 weeks now and talk about refreshing and plumps up your face! Just need these smoker lines gone!!! Working on it and so far almost gone not as deep as they were. Just one time so far with this PMD but I can say I am sure I will look stunning after a month of use. Highly Recommend:)

I do some research by look at youtube how well this product work. After about a month i decide to purchase and give it a try. And now i really love this product cause it helps to combat my pimple. And now i just keep using it to treat the scar and it shows a massive progress after a month of using it. As you can see in this photo my latest picture. There is of course still have the scar but it getting better and better . And something amazing is i also use it to treat my panda eyes and untone lips and skin and it works very well. And i love it.

Pour le moment très satisfaite de ce produit. Je l'ai utilisé 3 fois et je vois déjà une nette amélioration de l'état de ma peau. Mes taches hormonales se sont atténuées et j'ai un grain de peau plus fin, mes pores sont moins apparents. Par contre pas de cd explicatif dans la boite, juste une noticeJe recommande tout de même

Etliche Cremes, Masken, Ampullen hatte ich ausprobiert - nichts half.Dann sah ich zufällig auf Youtube eine Beauty-Bloggerin, die ihre Gesichtspflege vorführte und mit dieser "elektrischen Zahnbürste" über die Haut rasierte. Nach weiteren unzähligen positiven Review Videos, alle aus den USA, war ich überrascht, dass man den PMD auch in Deutschland kaufen konnte. Ziemlich teuer, aber ich war verzweifelt...Ich verwende den PMD jetzt seit 2 Monaten und bin begeistert!Einmal die Woche, ca. 5 Minuten - das ist alles. Man darf nur nicht übertreiben. Unbedingt die Bedienungsanleitung lesen und auch befolgen, d.h. nicht mehrfach über die selbe Stelle und auf keinen Fall die Haut um die Augen. Meine Haut ist pfirsichzart, die Poren werden von Anwendung zu Anwendung immer kleiner und sogar meine Altersflecken werden signifikant heller. Ein Wundergerät, meine Haut sah noch nie besser aus.

Es una estafa total, una vergüenza de qye ha día de hoy se pueda engañar de esta manera, lo he utilizado coni indica e seguido los manuales al pie de la letra e intentando contactar con pmd y han pasado completamente de mi, hay tengo 145€ perdidos.
