Been using it for years. Great vinegar that is worth savoring in salad dressing or anyplace else that you drizzle good vinegar on.

This Sherry is great for my gazpacho. It does need to be used sparingly as the flavor can be over powering

This vinegar has a lovely deep flavor with just the right amount of acidity. It also is well priced. Unfortunately, however, one of the bottles in my last order of three arrived broken even though it had been carefully bubble wrapped. The problem seems to have occurred during shipment because the box was badly damaged.

I used to be able to buy this at Whole Foods. After they discontinued it, I found it at another store which is now closed. There is no longer any true Sherry vinegar anyplace that I shop. I have ordered it online repeatedly, but it has not always been available, so I have tried a few other brands. This one is still my favorite. It has a nuttiness and umami that other vinegars lack. I use it every day for salads.

Perfect for cooking, salad dressings, etc

I’ve been using red wine vinegar in my gazpacho for years and recently discovered that sherry vinegar was “the” thing to use. I took a look at a bunch of different sherry vinegars and finally settled on this 30 year sherry vinegar. I was blown away with the results. It has absolutely made my gazpacho next-level fabulous! If you’re on the fence about whether to go with a younger or older sherry vinegar or wondering whether to use a sherry vinegar at all, just try this one. You won’t be disappointed. There is not a lot in the bottle, but it really didn’t take much. Bon appetit!
