Would there be enough to cover a 1ft×4ft area on 12 tables? Plan to use as part of table settings.

I do not think one box of moss will cover twelve tables; perhaps, one box will cover one table. You may consider buying one box of moss and “testing” to determine how much table it will cover and proceed from there.

How much space will this moss cover? Looking to make several terrariums in 16oz jars.

Coverage:Covers an area up to 200 cu. in.

Is the moss a natural green color? Bought some in the past where it was a blue-teal tint, and not usable for a project.

No , es a dark green and is too dry

Does this moss require any care? Does it need light? How long does it stay green?

No, there is no care needed at all. this is actually dead preserved moss. It will not attract insects or anything.
