The straps that clip around the headrest on one cover came away from their stitching when getting in and out of the vehicle after 2 days of use.Having looked at the return policy,my time is worth more than the process required-hello bin!

When the Auto Companion Car Seat Support was delivered I was surprised to find that you actually get two supports in the plastic bag in which it is delivered. Initially I was also unsure as to how to fix these to the car seats or, if there were any precautions needing to be taken, as there are no instructions whatsoever.However, having fathomed out that all you need do is fasten the strap at the top of the support around the headrest and the rest will just fit loosely onto the front seat/s, I realised that this is a really simple item to fit to your car.Where I found the most benefit of having fitted these to my two front seats was in the fact that they serve to bring back some of that freshly upholstered feel that new cars have. My car is 13 years old and has been well round the clock in terms of mileage so the seats felt a little bit saggy and not so firm, the Auto Companion Car Seat Support changes all of this, making your seat feel firm again and improving your posture whilst sat in the car.I have been using one of these in the very warm weather and travelling quite a length of time in my car so, based upon these experiences, I have been able to form an unbiased opinion about the product. First of all I was surprised at just how comfortable it was, both for my back and for my backside. Secondly, it did seem to stop my back from over-heating, I guess this was due to the mesh, vented back and, thirdly, it improved my driving position considerably. There are also three mesh pockets fitted on the section that hangs over the front of your seat which provides very handy additional storage space and the rubber backing fitted to the reverse of the support cushion stops it from sliding all over the place. Overall, I would have no problem at all in recommending these to anybody who drives regularly or drives long distances.
