How to Create Wealth Investing in Real Estate

I liked the explanations about real estate considerations. The only negative was the continued plugs promoting Cardon Capital but definitely worth reading!

Learned so much and am excited to create a plan in investing in real estate! Was exciting to read about Grant’s journey.

To be honest with whoever’s reading this. Grant Cardone is the only person to actually make sense of and break down what multifamily real estate is. On top of that, he explicitly explains how to look at deals and how to work with real estate agents. Before seeing his show I had no clue what to invest in because I thought the whole stock market was a scam (which it is). But now after seeing all his sitcoms and reading this book I am eager to get ready into the game of real estate and set a better life not only for myself, but my family as well. Due to him explaining all the steps in such comprehensive detail I am eager to get started. Being a “trust-fund baby” from a chaotic past I put a lot of pressure on myself to do the best I can with what I was given. Being an accredited investor such as myself I think this is the safest yet most effective way to use your money. Even if you’re just getting started with investing, investing in cardone capital is a wise decision. Thank you for your insight Grant, Hope to speak with you someday

Great read. I got a good understanding of the importance of going big on real estate deals. Learned a lot.

It came on time. It’s helped me learn a lot about finances an real estate.

The book is 7/10 and basically he’s saying that you need to buy apartments and get small deals is not a good idea, because if you get a small deal you can lose money, like for example if you buy a cheap apartment in Detroit maybe you can lose money . Later he talks that you need to get a good manager and if you have like 20 units in a building for example you have more opportunities to make profit in the future . And of course he’s saying that you need to invest in his program CARDONE CAPITAL to get BIG details and buy the apartments in group and not cheap apartments alone. Grant is a business man and I understand that he’s promoting his website with this book . But in my opinion this book is overpriced because He’s not giving a lot of information but if you are starting I think is a great book to give you an idea about real estate

It’s very difficult to refute the logic that Grant Cardone outlines in this book. Great overview of real estate investing fundamentals.

Grant is great resource and he shares so much. This book may seem a little pricey but so far he "dumbs" things down for the guy who isnt familiar with real estate investing. I have listened to Grant for years on his Podcasts and suggest you do the same. I feel that with all the hours I have listened to Podcasts this book is easy to read and understand that said I dont feel so far that anyone would be overwhelmed with it either if they had no knowledge of the subject. Huge amount of knowledge and experience compacted into simple, understandable and valuable information. It's a great guidance for anyone looking to get started in Real Estate. It's clear from the formula's and calculations he does in webinars, summits, workshops Grant knows his stuff. He studied Accounting which is one of the key ingredients to his success in real estate, in my opinion. Being able to assess the value and equity of the property while also obtaining the best finance loan from the banks with the lowest repayment plan (plus little or no tax) and accurately calculating an actual net profit and positive cashflow. His beginnings is also a wonderful motivator, conveying a message of a positive mindset, high work rate, perseverance and continual self-improvement. Thank you! Would recommend getting audiobooks on audible like "If You're Not First You're Last". I find them a good time saver to learn while doing other activities or exercising.

A very good book, written very well and easy to understand, even for people whose mother tongue is not English. It motivates you to enter the real estate world

This is by far the best book if you really want to lerverage on the real estate game. Grant has debunk the myths behind real estate and he is open enough to tell you what work and dont work. I will use this as a reference in building my real estate portfolio.

this book reads more like a long winded sales pitch. basically you need to invest in large scale multi million dollar apartment blocks to succeed. Not many people can do this so just invest in Cardones compny and theyll do it for you.
