Review: Redundant for my needs - In hindsight I don't know why I bought this thing. Totally superfluous for the 2.5-5x mounted to a Nikon Z9 with an L-bracket and focus rail. Still haven't learned inadvisability of impulse buying on desertcart at 3am after too many beers. Review: Good mount for macro photography - The mount works well and smooth to lock / rotate the camera - definitely a little expensive for what it is though.

Good mount for macro photography
The mount works well and smooth to lock / rotate the camera - definitely a little expensive for what it is though.

It fulfills its function nicely.
This tripod mount ring serves one, and only one, purpose, and that is to help mount this lens to a tripod. It does this effortlessly and efficiently. Therefore five stars. :-)

Works as intended.
Works great. Useful for the lens. Will allow to turn the camera vertical or partially without changing where it points. As it would if you move the camera on trips head
