365 by Whole Foods Market, B – 50 Complex, 90 ct, Packaging May Vary

I ordered two different brands of VB complex. I love how gentle this is on my stomach. I can notice a difference in my energy levels, nails and overall health. I was having a lot of inflammation and body cramps. I’ve also added C, D and E vitamins but this is a HUGE help. I would recommend taking with food or after eating.

This is a good product you really shouldn't tell the difference when you are taking it and when you run out of it it is really good for all the areas of what the b vitamin does for the body.....

But how do you know? Been taking B vitamins for many years. Seems no different. Easy to swallow.

Most B50 pills that I've seen are in tablet form -- and they smell. I'm not sure which B vitamin is the one that smells the worst (my guess is that it's the B1). The 365, an Amazon brand, are sold at Whole Foods Markets, and are capsules, instead of tablets. They don't usually smell, they don't leave the B-50 smell on your fingers , and they aren't particularly expensive. I buy a few at a time, have them delivered, and always try to keep a bottle or two for backup. If you're looking for B-50, give these a try.
