Can I apply these to my shoes instead of directly on my feet?

Yes. You can apply them either directly to your feet or inside your shoes. Applying them inside your shoes may help extend the life of the pad since there's less friction from walking.

Will they slide around or make my feet sweaty?

Not at all. The 3M adhesive keeps them in place, and the natural wool breathes so your feet stay dry.

Are these the same quality as what podiatrists use?

Yes, these are the exact same pads podiatrists use in their clinics, just available direct to you.

Are they easy to apply?

Yes. Our illustrated guide above shows you where to place the pads using foot anatomy diagrams. It's like getting guidance from a doctor without the visit.
