how is this different from premium sobo glue?

Only the label has changed. This is still the same Sobo glue.

I want to make a floor cloth by glueing fabric to vinyl flooring. thistothat.com recommended this glue. Do you think it would work?

I am not sure it would be strong enough. I used it to glue fabric that would not come in contact with any traffic. If this is the case, it may work
