Love this case! Not only does it charge the phone fast it also has great protection for the phone! It supports fast charging and car magnetic too!

I’m really happy with this item works great love it.!!! I stay on phone all day and this case makes life easier. Besides,the most I love is I can enjoy music with lightning handset even while charging.

first and foremost this is a very heavy case. makes your phone 2 to 3 times heaver than it would normally be . but that's to be expected with the size of the battery in it. also makes your phone very bulky and i found most phone mounts it will no longer fit in. as a battery it worked great for the first few months . doesn't charge fast but you can easily get a few days out of it with moderate use .problems are after a few months it started falling apart. the phone and case have never been dropped but the top cover snapped and is no longer able to be installed leaving the top edge of the phone open to damage. the side buttons started falling out the case and after moderate use the plastic around the buttons started cracking.the case only occasionally works with apple car play. it is advertised to work with data transfer i expected this to not be problem. however its questionable if it will or will not. and most the time i find i have to remove the phone from the case to get the phone to work with apple car play. and this is with an OE apple cable .after less than 6 months the case will no longer charge the phone. it charges for a second and then turns back off.for what the case is meant to do, protect and charge the phone it fails at both after only 5 months of use. i do not recommend this product.

Is very nice the look and feel, and fit the iPhone better impossible; but I have this case close a month a go and present a little problem with the charging process. Sometimes the battery case do not run the power transfer to the phone! The battery 100% power load do not charge the phone! I have to get the iPhone out of the case and reconnect to the power bank to start charging and up to that point the load is restarted.I have used all the resources indicated by the user Manuel and does not solve this problem. From the user's point of view, this is a weakness and no minor defect in the operation of the Battery Case.I consider this is a mayor detail and not the right way to use a battery case support, its work more like a batt bank than a Batt Case the Over All rating in two stars.

At first the product looked great. I didn't get to use it till a month later. Then I noticed that the right top side is off and doesn't fully clasp down. I contacted snowpink and they advised they would send me a replacement since they offer a lifetime warranty. However they were not very responsive at first. Took 3 emails for them to acknowledge my issue. After they asked for my address confirmation I have followed up 5 times for a month with no response. I will not be buying from them again as I wasted my $. I had high hopes for this case.

For the most part this is an extremely good phone case. It is well-built and very affordable. The issue I have is that they advertise you can listen to music while charging. That is the main reason I bought this particular case, because it supports headphones and so forth. Well, it doesn’t. I plugged in my headphones and the music still kept playing out of the phone. I had to unplug and plug it back in about three times to get it to work. Once, I got that dreaded pop-up message that says “this accessory may not be supported”. Mind you, I am using a certified Apple cable. Then, in my car, I connect an Apple auxiliary cable from my stereo to the phone and it does not work at all.

The first one I ordered worked but took forever to charge. After a few weeks it took a crap on me the replacement they sent me doesn’t hold a charge at all or charge my phone. Neither of them worked with my apple headphones so if you don’t have wireless headphones you will have to take your phone out of the case. Don’t recommend buying

Great case for the money. The case is very sturdy and the phone feels well protected. The case holds a extra full charge plus. Before the case I would have to plug my phone in half way through the day. Now it makes it throughout the whole day.It is also very easy to install the phone. Just take off the top of the case and slide the phone in.
