Does anyone have installation instructions? I don’t want to get it wrong.

You need to make sure you have a condenser dryer that actually has an external hose or connection for a drain pipe. As not all of the do. One end remains connected to the water pump the other you disconnect from the water tank end. Fit the one way valve there, then the supplied pipe goes from that to the under sink appliance drain connection. Which simply screws in place of your old appliance connection.

Will this fit a hotpoint condenser dryer?

Should be universal for all dryers

From the photos im guessing the thicker pipe (not supplied) is the waste from the washing machine which attaches with a clamp and this screws to sink?

what appears to be the grey thicker pipe is actually an 8mm ridged pipe to connect to your tumble dryer using the valve and jubilee clips the white plastic threaded elbow connector does connect to a standard waste (you have to hunt for one) and the tiny nipples for the grey pipe supplied its all very small and delicate - the larger connection is for a washing machine dishwasher waste. I found it difficult to greate a seal with the nipple but its a trickle of condensate that comes form your tumble dryer and if you pisition it well there is no danger of leakage.

Is the included one-way valve for the condenser only? Does washing machine need one as well?

Only for the condenser dryer. Washer plums directly in to the waste.
