High quality sturdy mat for equipment
This mat is hard and perfect for a large treadmill. Although it is quite rigid, it rolled out flat almost immediately and was completely flat by the next day. I needed something to protect the puzzle floor tiles I just laid down. I do have a five inch plastic disc (an old DVD) under the rear feet, between the mat and the tile, to dissipate the weight of the deck (plus me). The forward wheel has nothing under it but the rather soft puzzle tile. I raised the deck to show the old mat next to the rear foot 'dent' left after a few days on the new mat.

Works Great as Grill Mat!
Not exactly what it was designed for, but this has worked PERFECTLY to protect my carpeted patio from the smokers that I have parked on top of this mat.

Awesome Mat
This is EXACTLY what I’ve been on the hunt for! It’s thick and sturdy, doesn’t smell, doesn’t leave residue on the carpet, and it fit my recumbent bike perfectly. It’s light weight enough to move around but is still very durable. Wanted it more to protect my carpet from the bike and me sweating during workouts. I’m so glad I went with this mat!

Perfect for MyX bike
I got a Myx bike (peloton type) and although it was going into carpet, I wanted a stabilizer under it - also to catch the sweat drips! The mats from either beachbody or pelaton are so expensive and this mat does the exact same thing at less than half the price. It’s thick enough to cushion the bike, it’s the exact size to fit it on and easy to wipe clean. I am more than happy with this purchase.

Nice Mat
This mat is very nice as the material is dense, nonslip, and sits flat on my wood floors. I use under my cycling trainer and the mat just works great for protecting my floors and keeping a solid and stable base for my trainer. Highly recommend!
