The Nutcracker: Get to Know Classical Masterpieces Paperback – March 1, 2000

My 9 year old son loves this book. The songs are at his skill level and the photos and story info is also a nice compliment. It's very thin and lightweight which makes it easy for him to take to school on music day or to grandma's to play on her piano. Happy with this purchase.

The Nutcracker pieces for piano are short selections for piano for the music student to both get acquainted with Tchaichovsky music and the Nutcracker music as well as a bit of a challenge usually in each piece. My students have enjoyed them.
