is the diameter 320mm at both ends? Ive just bought one from toolstation and the top diameter was 330 so doesnt fit the cover

Does this come with a seal on one end

They slot together. There is a rubber seal if that is what you need.

How is this made smaller? The top cannot be cut due to losing the rim if cut and the bottom inch is a slightly wider diameter to allow it to slot over

If you get the drainage cover from Amazon it has a slightly longer piece on the bottom that slots into the pipe so the top rim is redundant ( I think but it was last year when we fitted them). This allow you to cut the drainage pipe down to the right size for the drive.

Will this fit on my drain with an O/D of 330mm?

Seems to fit mine fine although it had to be reduced in order to level with the patio slabs. Hope this helps.
