Does the winch come with everything pictured, winch, handle and pulley?

Yes, handle and pulley are included. It's well made.

Anyone find a decent case to store this thing in? Pelican or otherwise?

This thing is about 14 inches long and 7 inches wide and deep, and weighs about 30 pounds. I keep mine in a 6 gallon bucket which works out just fine. I do have a Pelican case that it fit into but I think the bucket is probably easier to carry. This is just my opinion. . I will say that this puller is a real workhorse,
