Loretta LaRoche - Humor Your Stress

All of Loretta LaRoche's books and DVD's are excellent. I especially liked the DVD Humor Your Stress because I am of Italian decent and she talks about alot of Italian sayings and traditions. My mother, aunt and cousins enjoyed it so much. She reminds us to laugh at ourselves, especially thru these trying times. Remember to laugh, laugh and laugh again.

Loretta LaRoche-Humor your stress video is just O.K. Pricey for few laughs. The video looks outdated.

This tape is an outstanding reminder about not taking life too seriously. She has excellent suggestions for dealing with common stressors and how to lighten up. I recommend it for anyone in a stressful situation at work or in their personal life.

Pretty good - her specials/movies are better imo. The book has a good message though and is easy to read.

Funny presentation on handling stress

This is a DVD. Just what I ordered, so I am happy.

She is wonderful. Since I work in the Mental Health Field and am encouraged to watch my own mental health, this is very useful.

Loretta Laroche never disappoints. Even though it is early 90's her analogies are still applicable to this day and age.

She helps you find your funny spot.
