Tasty vegetable chips
I bought these to improve the nutrition of my snack foods. The chips and green beans each have their own distinctive flavors and I didn't notice any staleness. They are lightly sweetened and salted, but not overmuch, and aren't too oily. The chips are on the thick side and have a nice crunch. There is no artificial coloring added which is a plus. I will definitely buy them again.

These are superb! The flavor is amazing, and they are fresh, crunchy, and delicious! The price (compared to big box stores) is also A+++ If you like Veggie Chips, you need to try these!

Good value and flavor with two suggestions (maybe) for improvement
It is a big bag with crunchy flavorful vege chips. I think it is good value, but I also think it can be improved: 1. The flavor is natural and good, but overall on the sweet side (a tad sweet). I don’t know if that can be controlled given that there are indeed sweet roots in the mixture. But a more neutral/slightly saltier flavor is preferred. 2. A good mixture of veges, and the beans are especially nice. Maybe just one or two more type of veges? It feels somehow limited— not in a bad way but certainly a bit more variation is preferred. Good product. Would buy again.

Gross, Rancid, Bad, old tasting, do not buy
When I opened the bag, I could smell the old rancid smell and the taste was awful, I had to spit it out. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT It says I can not return this item and I paid close to $40 for it, so I am suppose to settle for being ripped off $40?! That's BS!!

Crispy but rancid.
It's crispy and looks quality. It's not flavorful, which is good coz it means it's more natural tasting. But I had to rate it 3 stars because it's rancid (likely from the oil used). You can improve the taste by adding furikake or salt and pepper if you prefer to mask the rancidity.

Poor packaging
Delicious, perfect snack. However arrived in too many small pieces, crushed during shipping. Who ever packed it at Amazon, what were they thinking? . Chips in an envelope? Ridiculous

I feel I am getting my vegetables in at a fraction of the cost!
I got these vegetable chips for on the road, while we were traveling across country. I put them into separate sandwich baggies so that there would be portion control, because they are tasty! We do add a little more salt, but that is because we like salty foods. We took two weeks to go 3100 miles and while we had other tasty snacks, I tried to have at least one portion between two people every other day. The same portion of Fritos has more calories, fat, sodium, and carbohydrates than these vegetable chips. I also did a cost comparison on at least one of the vegetables within the pack. Beet chips are all the rage right now, I do not know why. I got just the beet ones, in an 8 oz container, at $9 plus tax at a local stand. They alone would be close to $20 total yet this entire three pound package is $34 or so, well worth the price. Heck, the green beans were priced outrageously at $12 for a 6 ounce package, and I did not get them. They are worth it.
