Size down if you can.
I got a extra small which is the smallest sizeand I 5'3, 110lbs and it's bigger than you think. Not made for smaller people because the straps don't adjust and they're too big for me but I made it work. The only problem is laying on my stomach. The zipper part sticks out and it's uncomfortable.

Do not buy this product you have a less than average or smaller torso. Fits great in the waist/midsection area but the straps are WAY to loose and don't even hug my shoulders have to get it adjusted/altered

Arms....
Waist trainer is great, in the waist area... But once we get to looking at the arms.... Well.... They are much too big. I will be sewing the arms up myself and see how it works then. If i like it then I shall change my review from a two star to a four star.
