Do you have to get all three products or will just the shampoo be enough?

The shampoo is great and all you need.

How long does it take to see results?

Takes at least two months to see results. However, this is a non-rx shampoo and I don't think it's meant to regrow one's hair back. I think their treatments are more for that. I use it to reduce the shedding, which for me is a huge step. I've used it for over a year and I'm happy with the results.

Does it make more sense to buy the larger bottle?

It did not work for me. I will try the small bottle if at all
