Fast and efficient
I have two versions of this P600 model: a 500 GB and a 1 T. They are faster than the competition from my observations.

Small, plug -N- play, and there when you need the storage.. But I think best of all is that it is an HP product and will work when you need it to..

Unreliable Overall
Nice that it's a portable SSD at this price, however it's exceptionally unreliable. Already had one replaced after it would not mount, and the replacement one, while it will work, seems to be made to a lower quality, as the magnetic latching system barely holds together at all. It also causes Finder and Windows Explorer to be very unstable and start to crash after using it for some time, and once it is removed, the performance of the system snaps right back to normal.
