This heel hugger works!
I purchased this item, with hopes that it would alleviate the constant pain I have in my heel. After going through physical therapy and exercises, I wasn't sure if this heel hugger would help. After freezing it, I was pleasantly surprised that it really did help some. I just wish it would stay cold longer.
