What are the dimensions ?

The boxed dimensions are 114x76x8cm. Unboxed and in use, the dimensions are 125cm front to back, 76cm across, and 71cm in height.

Can you fold it up for storage without disassembling?

You have to remove 2 bolts from the top of the ramp and 2 from the top of the return for it to fold flat. However to get it back in the bag you have to remove the ramp completely. Bolts are thumb screws so not and big issue to remove.

When I set it up, the ball never actually returns to the kicker from the curved ramp. Why is that.

You can adjust the ramp to allow the ball to roll up better and come back to the kicker. Just have to play around with the knobs a bit.
