How is the elasticity? Is it stiff or bendable?

It is bendable and wraps well but it is not stretchy. I liked it for rowing because it left a residue on my hands that I could rub in and it soothed the blisters.

No, it is not hard, it’s like wrapping a bandage but sticky on one side and also smells nice.

Is it reusable or do you have to get new tape each time?

This tape is not reusable although you can use it many times. It resembles sports tape with a great smell!

I'm a casual weekend bar band drummer. will this work on individual fingers? Will it hold up with intense wear?

We use for blisters from rowing. We put on individual fingers or around hand. It holds up well. Even when wet.
