Best mattress
This product is completely value for money. Despite it being expensive, the ortho-specialized finish of the mattress is very good for your beds. The product doesn't sag and the quality is top notch so do not think twice about buying it.

Inches not perfect
I am order 09/11/25 this matress actually matress comfort is very very good comfortable and worth for money but small draw back I am order 72×60×8 but this matress not 8 inch 6.5 only so this is I a very disappointed sleep head please consider this one. only I have give star rating matress soft based

Split issue.
I am writing this review after using the mattress for nearly 3 years. Overall, the comfort level of the mattress has been good; however, I am facing a serious issue with the splitting of the first layer of the mattress, mainly the memory foam layer. I raised a complaint with Sleepyhead through email, but their response was disappointing. They stated that they could not identify the split issue from the pictures provided and refused to send a technician for inspection, even though the product was still under warranty and this type of issue was covered as per the warranty terms. This has been a very disappointing purchase experience. A product's quality is not only about comfort but also about how well the company supports customers after the sale. I expected better after-sales service and support from Sleepyhead, especially for a product covered under warranty.
