Will this Patio Cleaner kill plants?

Patio Cleaner Xtreme will kill grass and plants if left on without dilution. If the product gets on any green foliage, just rinse it down heavily with water, and this should prevent any damage to the grass or plants.

Can I use this on porcelain patios?

The Patio Cleaner Xtreme can be used to clean Porcelain but we also have a dedicated Porcelain Tile Cleaner that may be more suitable.

Is Patio Xtreme cleaner toxic?

Patio Cleaner Xtreme is corrosive and toxic to grass, plants and aquatic life. If you spray it onto areas with grass or plants, just rinse them heavily with water, and this will nullify any toxicity.

Will it remove rust marks?

Patio Cleaner Xtreme will NOT remove rust stains. To remove rust stains, you would need to use a rust remover. We also sell one if you're interested in removing rust stains on your patio.

What type of spray can be used to apply Xtreme Patio Cleaner, brick and roof cleaners? Do they require virgin seals?

We would normally recommend using a watering can to apply the Patio Cleaner Xtreme as it is quite corrosive to any seals in a sprayer. If you want to use a sprayer it is important to flush the sprayer through with water immediately after use.
