This product does help with my breathing.

Once you figure out which way is top and bottom for these soft plastic nose inserts you will find you can finally breathe. They are flesh colored so you don't really notice them and your airway is opened up and you think Ahhhhhh, this is what being able to breathe again feels like. I recommend them. I don't used them all the time but when I do they work great.

They don't work, kept having to rearrange them to fit properly.glad I didn't pay much for them. Shout out to my friend D's lol

Several years ago I bought the Brez nasal aids. Then I couldn't find them anymore. So washed and reused them. I found these on Amazon and was so excited to see them again. I've had several nose surgery from a birth defect and they help me to breathe. I bought two boxes!

These are VERY SMALL. They should be labeled for children. I think they are about the size for a toddler, not an adult, but they do stick very well

This did not work for my application. I have a hole in my septum and the aid does not go into the nostril far enough. It may work well for others, particularly if they have an obstruction at the opening of their nose.
